Residential Development, Birmingham - In Progress
Our stunning Lockside Wharf development incorporates the renovation of a historic waterway building dated back to the 1800s, into a residential complex consisting of sixty-one apartments. The restoration of the existing building was paramount during the planning, appointing the preservation of the exposed red brick as a priority. The development is situated directly beside the canal enabling picturesque views of the waterfront. Building plans were logistically curated to achieve optimal living space and floodings of natural light within each apartment. These plans included the scope to include several double height apartments, vital for providing spacious living, whilst being close to the city.
