Private Estate, Devonshire - Completed 2022
Overlooking the Kingsbridge-Salcombe Estuary, this project included a full reconfiguration of a Private Estate, dated back to the 1920s. The structure was originally divided into multiple fishing cottages, of which Tivoli reconstructed into a singular establishment comprising of ten bedrooms and nine bathrooms, alongside all other essential amenities. An upmost priority of this project was to retain the historic ambience of the house, therefore the renovation focused on incorporating the use of exposed wooden beams, open fireplaces and parquet flooring.
Private Home, Richmond - Completed 2023
Our project in Richmond consists of a refurbished four-bed penthouse situated with a view over the River Thames. Tivoli closely collaborated with the client in order to create a living space which epitomised elegance and sophistication. To achieve this, numerous textures and various neutral tones were employed, including a fluted fireplace, luxury marble bathrooms and a sleek central island. The project further included installation of a bespoke Eggersmann kitchen.
Private Home, South Kensington - Completed 2022
Found in South Kensington, this townhouse project underwent a full reconfiguration with the focus of the property being utilised as rented accommodation. With this in mind, Tivoli carefully selected appropriate bathroom fittings and sanitary wear, not only to ensure robustness and practicality, but to also establish a timeless and tasteful ambience. The project incorporated façade restoration alongside this, to reinstate a sleek exterior appearance.
Private Home, St. John’s Wood - Completed 2021
Located within St John’s Wood, this classic townhouse underwent a full renovation after previously obtaining fire damage. Tivoli worked closely with the client to create a new living space which best reflected their artistic, creative flair and to lovingly restore the feel of the property. The renovation included absolute restoration of kitchen, bathrooms and all other living areas.
Private Estate, Suffolk - Completion Estimated 2024
In the peaceful grasslands of Suffolk, this private estate was architecturally redesigned to utilise natural light and restore pre-existing wooden beams, in parallel to creating a sleek and stylish place of residence. These targets were achieved and finalised in 2023. Moreover, further planning permission has been granted to include a bespoke swimming pool and gym, both of which are currently under construction.
Private Home, South Kensington - Completed 2023
Located in the Phillimore area of Kensington, this apartment underwent full renovation with a focus on maximizing space, enhancing natural light and ultimately creating a deluxe living area. Utilisation of the large sash windows allowed each living space to flood with daylight and encourage airflow throughout the property. Arched entryways were incorporated to perfect the balance between softer and more structured interior features. The renovation successfully achieved its objective of achieving optimal practicality, without compromising on luxury.

During this project, Tivoli both redesigned and extended this classic townhouse located equidistant to Notting Hill and Kensington. Tivoli worked closely with the client to curate a stylish dwelling environment, by assisting with the selection of internal finishes and fittings.
Private Home, South Kensington - Completed 2022
Situated within South Kensington, this listed building underwent façade restoration in order to preserve its rich historic beauty. In tandem, the interiors were reimagined with bespoke renovations, including the creation of luxurious marble bathrooms and a custom-designed kitchen, in order to provide residents with a lavish living experience.
