Office Development, Bristol - Starting late 2024

Located within the heart of Bristol City Centre, Tivoli have secured plans for the full refurbishment of a Grade A office complex. The project will include a complete reconfiguration of the building’s interior, working meticulously to target both ActiveScore and WiredScore platinum certification. The different offices within the complex will either be classified as Cat A or Cat B fit outs, providing either utilisation scope for occupants or an already tailored office environment ready for use.

Office & Warehouse Project, Wokingham - Completed 2024

Situated within Wokingham, the objective of this development entailed the creation of a structure within which both warehouse and office capacity co-existed. Our client, being an equipment manufacturer, required an area in which space was logistically and organisationally considered and maximised.

Padstow Stall Development, South Africa - Commercial Masterplan

Our proposal of a ‘commercial masterplan’ was assembled with the motivations to maximise the accessibility of agricultural goods. The market stall complex is imagined within a rural area of South Africa and would not only be utilised for both the selling of goods from individual market stalls, but to secondly incorporate a large seating area strategically to designed to encourage socialisation and communal dining.
